OVERALL OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing strategies to promote residential sales initiatives. This role will be focused on developing and implementing online campaigns, managing digital channels, and analyzing digital performance to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to enhance the companys digital presence and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Local Residential Sales:
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to support residential sales goals.
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Oversee organic digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content creation, and social media management.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage content for digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand standards.
- Write compelling copy for online ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage the companys social media accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts across all platforms.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to inquiries and maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and adjust digital marketing strategies.
5. SEO and Website Management:
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor website performance and implement enhancements based on analytics.
6. Email Marketing:
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged.
- Segment email lists and track performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
7. Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing plans and objectives.
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns that are consistent with brand messaging and business goals.
- Assist with coordinating marketing efforts for both local and international events, as well as internal sales and marketing campaigns.
8. Innovative Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proactively suggest new strategies or channels for reaching target audiences and improving performance.
- Experiment with new digital platforms, technologies, and creative strategies to drive digital engagement and leads.
International Residential Sales:
- Lead online marketing planning, strategy, and execution for Savills International residential sales, collaborating with marketing teams from other countries for regional campaigns.
- Handle any other marketing tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
Savills Private Office:
- Assist in the online marketing activities of the Savills Private Office department, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Market.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Communication skills:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
3. PC skills:
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
4. Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
5. Language:
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
