About the job Learning & Development Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW - We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for Implementing learning strategies and programs; Designing e-learning courses, workshops and more; Maintaining budgets and relationships with internal Experts and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinating with organization's experts and department's leaders to develop training materials and training agenda.

· Create and execute learning strategies and programs.

· Map out training plan for employee working at sites and head office.

· Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).

· Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.

· Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.

· Measure and track training effectiveness; training assessment.

· Develop and manage reporting, metrics and insights for training.

· Manage logistics and record keeping for training activities at project sites.

· Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts throughout the organization & vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Communication skills Excellent communication skills are essential.

PC skills · Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). · The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.

Experience At least 2 years' experience in the same position.

Language Proficient English (both speaking and writing).

Key characteristics 

· Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. 

· Experience in project management and budgeting. 

· Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar. 

· Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). 

· Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
