RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business development and sales
- Identify and qualify new IFM opportunities across industrial and commercial.
- Research and approach target companies, investors, developers and occupiers
- Build relationships with clients and maintain a clear, qualified pipeline with agreed next actions.
- Arrange and lead client meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Present Savills' capabilities, proposed service solutions and commercial approach clearly.
- Attend relevant industry events and convert introductions into structured follow-up opportunities.
- Proposal tender and budget preparation
- Lead the assigned BD process for RFPs, tenders and proposals from qualification through submission and client follow-up.
- Review client requirements and identify operational, commercial, compliance and submission requirements.
- Prepare proposal content, preliminary manpower plans and budgets or costing models with Operations, Finance and the Budget team.
- Coordinate inputs and approvals across Operations, Finance, Budget, Marketing, Legal and other relevant teams.
- Manage tender timelines, Q&A, site visits, internal reviews, client presentations and clarifications through award or closure.
- Client and relationship management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead regular client meetings, present proposals, document agreed actions and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand Savills' IFM and related services within existing accounts.
- Lead routine commercial discussions and support formal negotiations with the National Head of IFM.
- Market intelligence CRM and internal coordination
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity and opportunity information
- Monitor new investments, industrial projects, client expansions and other IFM demand triggers.
- Provide timely pipeline, market activity and business development reports.
- Take ownership of agreed target accounts and actions, and support cross-selling with other Savills business lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum three years of hands-on B2B business development in facility management, real estate, property services, industrial or outsourced B2B services is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, lead client meetings, prepare proposals and preliminary budgets, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Practical experience reviewing RFPs, coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing submission deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Advanced working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including presentations, basic costing and proposal documentation, basic knowledge on how to use AI tools
- Commercially minded, organized and accountable, with the confidence to work independently and travel within Vietnam for client meetings, site visits and industry events.
