JOB SCOPE: We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (TA) to join Savills Hanoi Recruitment team.

The TA will collaborate with the department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal TA hands-on work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Otherwise, you are also involved in all employer branding tasks, such as creating engaging content, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and collaborating with student communities, universities, colleges and other teams at company to achieve the best effect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

  • Deliver full life cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for final interviews with hiring managers; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.
  • Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, employee referral programs, etc.
  • Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
  • Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Involve in promoting triannual internship program; hire and train new interns; supervise intern in overall.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create attractive recruitment content.
  • Research and contact new communities, colleges, universities; as well as maintain relationships with current partners.
  • Support in organizing internal and external events.
  • Measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly by tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and candidate response rates.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment field
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
  • Prior at least 6-month experience working in talent acquisition/recruitment/headhunting field
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key.
