HSE Officer / Nhân Viên An Toàn Lao Động

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Giám sát các vấn đề an toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường trong phạm vi công ty và các dự án (tòa nhà thương mại và chung cư) / Oversee occupational safety and health, and environmental issues within the company and projects (commercial and residential buildings).
• Giám sát về tuân thủ các quy định về Phòng cháy chữa cháy và cứu nạn cứu hộ, ứng phó tình huống khẩn cấp ở phạm vi công ty và các Dự án (các tòa nhà cao ốc) / Monitor compliance with fire prevention, rescue, and emergency response regulations within the company and projects (high-rise buildings).
• Đề xuất xây dựng và thực hiện các chương trình liên quan đến an toàn, sức khỏe và bảo vệ môi trường / Develop, propose, and implement programs related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Xây dựng và duy trì và cập nhật các văn bản, hồ sơ, biểu mẫu của hệ thống quản lý an toàn, sức khỏe, môi trường của công ty / Develop, maintain, and update documents, records, and forms for the company's internal safety, health, and environmental management system.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát (audit) định kỳ tại các địa điểm dự án để đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường theo ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001 và theo dõi các hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa và cải thiện / Conduct regular audits at project sites to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 safety, health, and environmental regulations and track corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
• Tham gia tổ chức các khóa đào tạo nội bộ và hướng dẫn nhân viên và đối tác về các tiêu chuẩn an toàn, sức khỏe và môi trường Quản lý các hoạt động huấn luyện HSE do bên thứ 3 thực hiện, đảm bảo các chứng nhận liên quan đến HSE đầy đủ / Participate in organizing internal training courses, provide guidance to employees and partners on safety, health, and environmental standards, and manage third-party HSE training activities to ensure full HSE certification at the project level.
• Cập nhật các quy định pháp luật, quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn về an toàn và PCCC, đề xuất, thực hiện các biện pháp quản lý an toàn, PCCC / Update laws, regulations, and standards related to safety and fire prevention, propose and implement safety and fire prevention management measures.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các sự cố an toàn và môi trường, bao gồm báo cáo phân tích nguyên nhân và đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa / Coordinate with relevant departments to handle safety and environmental incidents, including reporting, root cause analysis, and proposing preventive measures.
• Cập nhật và duy trì hồ sơ, báo cáo liên quan đến HSE: Duy trì các hồ sơ, báo cáo liên quan đến HSE một cách chính xác và kịp thời, đảm bảo tuân thủ yêu cầu của các tiêu chuẩn và quy định pháp luật / Update and maintain HSE-related records and reports: Maintain HSE-related records and reports accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with standards and legal regulations.
• Tham gia vào việc xây dựng và thực hiện các quy trình, quy định, biểu mẫu và hướng dẫn nội bộ về an toàn và môi trường (theo các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001, các quy định pháp luật liên quan và các quy định, chính sách của công ty) / Participate in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, regulations, forms, and guidelines on safety and the environment (according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, relevant laws, and company regulations and policies).
• Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của Quản lý / Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS:

• Bằng cấp Cao Đẳng /Đại Học liên quan đến môi trường, an toàn lao động, kỹ thuật hoặc ngành nghề khác liên quan / Possesses a College or University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Có kỹ năng thuyết trình, đào tạo và giao tiếp tốt / Demonstrates excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng: Word, PowerPoint, Excel / Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trở lên / At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Quản lý tòa nhà, Quản lý Bất động sản, liên quan đến xây dựng, kỹ thuật (MEP), kỹ sư môi trường / Preference given to candidates with experience in Building Management, Real Estate Management, Construction, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và triển khai các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001, có chứng nhận Lead Auditor (Đánh giá viên Trưởng) / Internal Auditor (Đánh giá viên nội bộ) ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001, và / hoặc các chứng chỉ / chứng nhận khác tương đương là một lợi thế / Preferred candidates will have experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Possession of Lead Auditor /Internal Auditor certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, or equivalent certifications, is an advantage.

• Am hiểu hoặc quen thuộc với các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và ISO 45001 là một lợi thế / Know or familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is advantageous.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu bằng Tiếng Anh liên quan đến HSE ở mức khá là một lợi thế / Ability to read and understand HSE-related English documents at an intermediate level is beneficial.
• Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh (nghe, nói) cơ bản / Basic English communication skills (listening and speaking).
