About the job CRM & Data Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The CRM & Data Manager plays a critical role in enabling data-driven business decisions and enhancing client relationship management across the organization. Reporting to the IT Director, this role will focus on optimizing CRM systems, strengthening data governance, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the role acts as a bridge between IT, data, and commercial teams, contributing to the company's digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. CRM Management & Business Enablement
- Manage the company's CRM platform to support sales, leasing, and client management activities
- Support and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and user experience aligned with business needs
- Drive CRM adoption across business units and ensure effective usage
- Partner with other departments to improve lead management and client tracking
2. Data Governance & Quality Management
- Maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and policies
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Lead data cleansing, validation, and standardization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business teams (Agency, Property Management, Investment, Consultancy) to understand needs and deliver data solutions
- Act as a key partner to the IT Director in aligning data and CRM initiatives with business strategy
- Coordinate with IT teams on system integration and enhancements
4. Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives
- Support the IT Director in driving digital transformation and AI innovation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data tools to enhance business efficiency
- Contribute to building data-driven capabilities across the organization to extract key business insights
5. System Integration & Process Improvement
- Support integration between CRM and other platforms (ERP, marketing tools, BI systems)
- Improve data flow and reporting efficiency across systems
- Continuously enhance processes to increase automation and reduce manual work
6. Data Analytics & Automation
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and/or Python
- Develop automated data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Build scalable dashboards and data models to support business decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and transformation processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or relatd field
- 5–8+ years of experience in CRM management, data analytics, or related roles
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (data extraction, transformation, and validation)
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data processing, automation, and analysis
- Experience in data modeling and working with structured/unstructured datasets
- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management
- Experience working in real estate, consulting, or service-based industries is a plus
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
