Factory Manager

We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sponges and mattress production facility. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all factory operations and production activities.

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems.

Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor equipment, resources, and inventory to minimize downtime and waste.

Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare reports on production performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (15+ years) in a manufacturing or production management role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

- Background in foam, sponges, or mattress production is preferred.
