Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Senior Foreign Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading international sourcing initiatives, managing complex supplier relationships, and driving cost-effective procurement strategies to support our large-scale manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
-International Sourcing: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of reliable global vendors and raw materials.
-Supplier Management: Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with foreign suppliers.
-Contract Negotiation: Direct complex negotiations regarding pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
-Compliance & Quality: Monitor supplier performance to ensure strict adherence to international quality standards and timely delivery.
-Strategic Planning: Collaborate with production and internal departments to align foreign procurement with manufacturing demands.
-Market Analysis: Stay updated on global market trends and price fluctuations to mitigate supply chain risks.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in foreign procurement or international purchasing.
-Strong background within industrial manufacturing companies is a must.
-Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
-Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high pressure procurement cycles.
