Senior Data Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Data Project Manager to join our growing team of expert consultants. We look for people who are creative thinkers, problem solvers, and have excellent communication skills to translate between business terminology and IT logic. 

 Day 2 Day 

You have a track record of successfully coordinating data roadmaps and project portfolios. Furthermore, you have extensive experience in data project management, data strategy and advanced analytics. Transforming data strategy into concrete projects is not new to you.  

You keep track of deadlines and coordinate between the data team, the central PMO team and the IT teams to ensure that all documentation and deliverables are submitted in time. You are able to write business requirements and other project documentations, as well as creating slide decks for the executive committee to give updates on the data roadmap, on projects, etc. 

You align with senior executives from other departments on the data strategy and concretize the overarching data strategy within different domains. You are able to gain confidence of customers and have a track record of extending projects and identifying additional projects for customers. 

As a Senior Data Project Manager, you should continue to broaden and deepen project management skills while starting to focus on business and technical skills. 

While working at a customer site, you will take an active role in pursuing sales upsell opportunities. 

Who are you

• Extensive experience in project management, and senior stakeholder management  
• Experience in defining a data strategy and roadmap 
• Experience with legal/DPO aspects of data projects 
• Proactive and takes ownership 
• Thorough knowledge of the following data domains: 

• Advanced analytics: end-to-end knowledge of analytics projects: from analysis to industrialization; knowledge of how machine learning should be integrated into processes 
• Data transformation/management/governance: knowledge about data delivery, data warehouse, report building, data governance concepts 
• IT data activities: workings of an IT data delivery team, IT architecture, … 

• Ideally fluency in Dutch or French and English (verbal & written)
