Job Summary
The Cook prepares meals according to menu standards while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and meals according to standardized recipes

Cook and assemble menu items efficiently

Respect hygiene rules (HACCP standards)

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization

Control inventory and food rotation (FIFO method)

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
Candidate Requirements

2+ years experience as a cook

Knowledge of food safety standards

Ability to follow recipes and instructions

Good English & French (minimum level required)

Fast learner and adaptable
Eligibility

Available for Casablanca interviews

Willing to take TCF language test

Eligible for Canadian Work Permit
