 Job Description:

Job Summary
The Cook prepares meals according to menu standards while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and meals according to standardized recipes

  • Cook and assemble menu items efficiently

  • Respect hygiene rules (HACCP standards)

  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization

  • Control inventory and food rotation (FIFO method)

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff

Candidate Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a cook

  • Knowledge of food safety standards

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions

  • Good English & French (minimum level required)

  • Fast learner and adaptable

Eligibility

  • Available for Casablanca interviews

  • Willing to take TCF language test

  • Eligible for Canadian Work Permit
