 Job Description:

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for full restaurant management: team leadership, service quality, operational performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations

  • Recruit, train and supervise staff

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Manage inventory, costs and daily reports

  • Achieve sales targets

  • Ensure health and safety compliance

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-5 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Good level of English & French mandatory

  • Experience in international franchises is an asset

Eligibility

  • Attend in-person interview in Casablanca

  • Willing to relocate to Canada

  • Eligible for Canadian Work Permit
