About the Role

One of our clients, Darkside Records (www.darksiderecord.ma), is an international metal record label focused on artist development, high-level production, and global positioning within the metal scene.

As the label expands its live activities through Metal Over Fest, a metal-focused event designed to connect bands, fans, and industry professionals, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Metal Over Fest Coordinator to oversee the operational, logistical, and partnership aspects of the festival.

This role is key to ensuring smooth execution, strong artist experience, and professional event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of Metal Over Fest from pre-production to post-event
• Manage timelines, budgets, and operational planning
• Coordinate with artists, tour managers, and booking agents
• Liaise with venues, technical teams, and production suppliers
• Oversee stage scheduling and running order
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Support sponsorship acquisition and partner relations
• Coordinate marketing alignment with the labels communication team
• Supervise on-site execution during the event

Profile & Requirements

• Proven experience in live music event coordination or festival management
• Strong understanding of the metal scene and its audience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure
• Budget management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Availability to travel when required
