Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees restaurant staff and ensures efficient daily operations while maintaining quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front and back-of-house staff

  • Train and support employees on procedures

  • Monitor food service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Control stock orders and deliveries

  • Manage shift schedules

  • Handle customer complaints professionally

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role

  • Strong team leadership skills

  • Good English & French required

  • Experience in fast food industry is a strong asset

  • Problem-solving mindset

Eligibility
