Position Overview

Were seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential investors who have expressed interest in our clients offerings. Your goal is to schedule qualified appointments with our clients' Investor Relations teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, investor relations, and the private markets space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential investors who respond to marketing efforts, as well as to warm leads in existing databases

  • Use pre-built call scripts and talk tracks based on industry best practices

  • Place a high volume of daily calls (250+), using a provided software-based dialing system

  • Accurately capture lead information and document call outcomes

  • Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching and team skill-building workshops

  • Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and improve performance

What Were Looking For

  • Strong verbal communicator who enjoys speaking with people

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (250+ daily)

  • Organized and detail-oriented in documenting outreach

  • Based in the U.S., with an understanding of U.S. time zones and professional culture

  • Interested in building a career in sales, real estate, or investor relations

  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST

  • Must have your own computer and a reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or investor relations

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialing software is a plus (but not required)
