Overview

GenRevv is a performance marketing engine for capital raisers. We acquire accredited investor leads for private offerings primarily 506(c) syndications and funds through high-velocity paid media. Were looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can own the full funnel from campaign architecture to optimization, scaling, and reporting. This is a performance role. If you don't thrive in data, iteration, and cost discipline, don't apply.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns targeting accredited investors and relevant audience proxies.

  • Build and manage all campaign structures: CBO/ABO, cold, warm, retargeting, lead forms, link-out funnels.

Optimization & Performance Management

  • Drive CPL, cost-per-booking improvements through constant testing and iteration.

  • Diagnose performance issues: delivery, audience fatigue, creative decay, attribution gaps, funnel bottlenecks.

  • Maintain weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reporting cadences.

  • Manage budgets ranging from $5K$100K per month depending on client cohort.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with the Account Management team to align lead engagement pacing with media spend (don't outpace intake).

  • Partner with Creative Team and Director of Paid Media to brief, test, and scale winning assets and provide feedback on best-performing angles, hooks, formats, and personas.

What Good Looks Like

  • You've run Meta campaigns at scale and know how to reliably reduce CPL without burning audience quality.

  • You're fluent in analytics: CTR, CVR, CPL, CPM, and where the drop-off is.

  • You don't wait to be told something is off you catch it, fix it, and communicate it.

  • You're comfortable in a fast-cycle, creative testing environment with variable budgets and rapid pivots.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years managing Meta ads with budgets of at least $20K/month.

  • Experience with high-ticket lead-gen funnels, financial products, or regulated industries preferred.

  • Strong creative instinct can identify what works, what doesn't, and why.

  • Competence with analytics tools: Hyros, GA4, HubSpot, , etc.

  • Strong understanding of funnel anatomy: lead forms, landing pages, webinars, and long-form funnels.

  • Ideal for this person to work at least 50% of the time on East Coast USA hours.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience acquiring accredited investor leads.

  • Understanding of capital raising, private equity, or real estate syndication funnels.

  • Experience with Google SEM is a plus.

  • Experience working with appointment-setting or RevOps teams.
