This is a role for a mid-level marketer with big-league upside: someone who has built campaigns, managed freelancers, tested creative, launched funnels, and is now ready to lead marketing from the ground up.

Youll work directly with the CEO to turn momentum into systems, visibility into leads, and leads into investor calls.

About the Role

Were looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with proven hands-on experience in running campaigns, building workflows, optimizing funnels, and managing freelancers. This role requires someone with practical, execution-focused marketing operations experience who can support the strategic development of our growth systems.

 Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Build, optimize, and maintain marketing workflows, automations, and reporting systems.

  • Own and improve funnel performance across channels including email, paid media, content, and website.

  • Implement tools, dashboards, and processes to support scalability and performance visibility.

Campaign Execution

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting.

  • Write or QA ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, and creative assets.

  • Manage freelancers, contractors, and creative partners to produce high-quality deliverables.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and report on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and other growth metrics.

  • Analyze performance data to identify actionable optimization opportunities.

  • Apply data-driven methodologies to evaluate campaigns, funnels, and creative performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the CEO/founder on marketing initiatives and priorities.

  • Coordinate with product, sales, content, and design teams to support integrated campaigns.

Strategic Upside

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy while maintaining hands-on execution.

  • Help establish marketing systems and processes as the company scales.

Compensation
Base compensation: $80k-100k depending on experience and structure preference.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience with marketing work such as buying media, editing videos, and running campaigns.

  • Has built marketing workflows, automation systems, and reporting structures.

  • Has run paid campaigns, managed multi-channel acquisition programs, and executed content or email initiatives.

  • Has managed freelancers or contractors across creative, content, or performance functions.

  • Strong operational and data capabilities, including funnel analytics and marketing performance evaluation.

  • Functional marketing knowledge across multiple channels sufficient to evaluate the work of freelancers and agencies.

  • Industry experience in real estate, finance, or investing is a must.

Key Attributes 

  • 3+ Years Running Digital Marketing Campaigns or Organic content to grow brand followers.

  • Stack growth marketing experience with marketing operations specialization.

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and workflow systems.

  • Ability to produce or quality-check copy, creative, and campaign assets.

  • Experience with funnel optimization across email, paid, and website channels.

  • Strong quantitative skills for tracking CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated capability to execute campaigns directly without reliance on large teams.
