Our Client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist - someone who will fully manage and take ownership of the company's product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. You'll be the person who ensures everything runs smoothly every single day, identifying and solving issues before they affect customers.

What You'll Do

  • Perform two short KPI checks per day (morning & afternoon), including weekends.
  • Ensure listings, pricing, buy box, reviews, and content are accurate and optimized.
  • Monitor account health, suppressed listings, and platform alerts.
  • Resolve issues (e.g., listing errors, compliance flags, support cases).
  • Add/update products and content as needed.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support listing operations for Walmart (starting Q3/Q4).
  • Track competitor activity and suggest improvements.

Time Commitment & Flexibility

  • Daily checks take ~15-20 minutes each (around 10-12 hours/week in total).
  • If issues arise, youll need to act quickly - so being available and near a laptop is important.
  • Youll receive real-time alerts from our monitoring tool, so no need for constant supervision.
  • Weekend work is light, but required - candidates should be comfortable with 7-day responsibility.

You Might Be a Fit If You
