About the Role
As an Amazon Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key aspects of the company's Amazon day-to-day operations. From monitoring daily performance, managing listings, tracking keyword performance, and launching promotions this is an all-encompassing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strong communication, and Amazon-savvy are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track account health, keyword rankings, and product indexing.
- Stay on top of ClickUp tasks management, Slack, and email communications.
- Handle Amazon support cases, including calls when needed.
- Maintain keyword tracking and DataDive niche dives.
- Create listings and use flat files for updates and catalog organization.
- Optimize titles, bullets, backend search terms.
- Upload new images, videos, and submit Brand Registry cases.
- Submit refund requests.
- Manage Lightning Deals, coupons, discounts, and Vine submissions.
- Track the deal calendar, work with creators, and analyze results.
- Maintain templates and send weekly performance reports.
- Update keyword indexing and search volume.
- Create and analyze A/B polls.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Knowledgeable about optimizing listings with measurable keyword ranking improvements.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in tools like ClickUp, DataDive, Datarova, and Amazon flat files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly reliable.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple workflows at once.
- Comfortable working with Time Tracking software.
