Our Client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a detail-oriented and self-sufficient professional to fill an immediate opening for Amazon Marketplace Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize its day-to-day operations on Amazon for a full-time remote job. This role is critical to maintaining the companys exceptional account health and ensuring smooth listing performance across global marketplaces.

As it continues to expand across international marketplaces, it is looking for a highly organized and proactive person to join its team.
You will act as the first line of defense in identifying listing or operational issues, handling communications with Amazon, and ensuring that all listings are compliant and correctly implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Monitoring: Verify all product listings at the SKU level 2-3 times daily to ensure accuracy, catch bugs, and report or fix any anomalies.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively handle any issues related to the companys Seller Central account by opening support cases or contacting Amazon directly. Escalate larger or unresolved issues to the Account Manager when necessary.
- Listing Implementation & Updates: Manage updates to product images, variations, and content. Create new listings and parent-child relationships as needed.
- Amazon Representative Liaison: Participate in regular meetings with Amazon account representatives to resolve issues, gain insights, and gather feedback to improve the companys seller performance.
- International Marketplace Preparation: Assist in preparing and setting up the companys accounts for launches in Europe and Canada, ensuring full compliance and readiness.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance standards. Upload necessary certifications and request approvals for gated categories.
- Account Health Maintenance: Maintain the companys Seller Central account health score at the highest possible level (currently 1000/1000) by staying ahead of potential risks and resolving issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing structures, compliance, and variation management.
- Ability to troubleshoot listing errors and communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
- Experience working with international marketplaces is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with tools like Flat Files, Helium 10, or similar Amazon platforms is a bonus.
