As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners during pre-set, qualified in-home appointments to design and sell custom window and door solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home sales consultations lasting approximately 90 minutes with homeowners
  • Complete 8 to 12 appointments per week using company-provided leads
  • Design and present customized window, patio door, and entry door solutions using an iPad and augmented reality tools
  • Build trust with homeowners through active listening and needs-based selling
  • Navigate complex conversations, overcome objections, and close deals in the home
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and ongoing coaching sessions

  • Ability to drive long distances and sit for extended periods of time
