Role Overview:

The client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Associate to support international digital operations. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment. The role involves assisting in operational coordination, digital systems handling, data management, and supporting international teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day digital and operational workflows

• Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders

• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation

• Assist in managing digital tools, dashboards, and systems

• Monitor operational activities and report issues proactively

• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Communicate professionally with international teams via email and digital platforms

• Assist in data entry, tracking, and operational reporting

• Learn and adapt to new digital tools and operational technologies

Tools & Software:

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• CRM Systems (preferred but not mandatory)

• Internal dashboards and operational tools

• Communication platforms (Slack, Teams, Email)

Education:

- Alevels / Bachelors degree (Fresh Graduate) in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience Level:
- Fresh Graduate (Entry-Level Role)
- No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects will be a plus

Base Salary Offered: PKR 55,000 to PKR 60,000 per month
