Job Summary
ScaleUp Connect is hiring a C&I Sales Specialist on behalf of its client to support the expansion of commercial and industrial solar solutions across North Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship development, and strengthening partnerships with EPC companies while promoting advanced solar and energy storage solutions.
The ideal candidate will have early-career experience in the solar industry and a strong ability to build relationships with EPC partners and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and engage commercial and industrial clients interested in solar solutions
- Generate leads from industrial zones, factories, hospitals, malls, and warehouses
Client Assessment & Site Visits
- Conduct site visits and basic energy assessments
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
EPC & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies and system integrators
- Support partners with product knowledge, system configuration, and pricing
Product Promotion
- Promote solutions including hybrid inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Increase product visibility and adoption in target markets
Market Intelligence
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
- Support strategic planning through insights
Sales Execution
- Deliver technical sales presentations
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
Travel Requirement
- Travel frequently across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Mardan, and Abbottabad
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (C&I or EPC-related preferred)

- Hybrid inverters
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Experience working with industrial clients, EPC companies, or system integrators

- Technical sales presentations
- Relationship management
- Negotiation and deal closing
- Willingness to travel extensively
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field (preferred)
