Role Overview
Scaleup Connect is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Closers to join our client's Operations team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct outbound sales calls and close deals effectively, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. This position emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
No formal educational qualifications are strictly required, though candidates with prior experience in outbound sales or call centre environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, client concerns, and competitor activity.
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Active listening and the ability to understand customer needs.
