About the Role

Scaleup Connect is hiring a BTL Marketing Specialist on behalf of a client to support below-the-line and co-marketing initiatives across Karachi and select areas in Sindh. The role involves field activation, customer engagement, and execution of marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute BTL marketing activities (roadshows, events, billboards, signage)
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
• Identify co-marketing opportunities with key accounts
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market visits for customer insights
• Compile findings into structured reports with actionable recommendations
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence
• Support localized content development for campaigns, social media, and offline channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or BTL execution
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Willingness to travel frequently within designated areas

Preferred

• Experience with field activation or distributor/channel partners
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
