Role Overview

The client is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer responsible for implementing, managing, and securing network infrastructure. The role involves configuring firewalls, managing routing protocols, monitoring network performance, and ensuring security compliance. The candidate will play a critical role in protecting the clients network environment and maintaining operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage BGP configurations

- Configure and maintain firewalls and security policies

- Implement and manage SNAT, DNAT, and port forwarding

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

- Configure and manage routing and switching protocols (TCP/IP)

- Manage and support network security tools and platforms

- Ensure network availability, reliability, and security compliance

- Work with firewall systems including Palo Alto and Fortinet

- Manage firewall monitoring and control tools such as FortiManager and Panorama

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field

Experience Level

- 3–4 Years of relevant experience in Network Security and Firewall Management

Base Salary Offered: PKR PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 per month
