Role Overview
ScaleUp Connect is hiring for a client seeking an energetic and customer-focused ERP Sales and Support Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both generating sales leads and providing post-sale support to ensure clients get the most value from the ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and qualifying leads.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting and guiding clients in using the ERP system effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist clients in evaluating ERP solutions to match their business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth product implementation and issue resolution.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improving the product.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Level

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer support.
  • Previous experience in ERP or software sales is a plus.

  • ERP Software Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or Customer Support in Technology.
