Quality Inspector — Solar Installations

• Location: Islamabad South Zone — Chakwal / Gujarkhan / Jhelum

About This Role Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client — a reputable and growing organization in Pakistan's solar energy sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Quality Inspector to ensure the excellence of solar inverter installations across the Islamabad South Zone. This field-based role is ideal for candidates based in or near Chakwal, Gujarkhan, or Jhelum.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct regular site visits following solar inverter installations to perform thorough on-ground inspections.
• Verify installation quality against the client's established standards, safety protocols, and technical guidelines.
• Inspect critical technical details including alignment, wiring, labeling, earthing, and overall workmanship quality.
• Prepare detailed and structured inspection reports highlighting compliance status, deviations found, and required corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and organized inspection records for audit purposes and timely handover to the Line Manager.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed installations for technical documentation and marketing use.
• Systematically organize, label, and archive all collected visual and written inspection data.
• Communicate findings clearly to site teams and escalate critical issues through the proper reporting channel.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant technical education or certification in Electrical Engineering, Solar Energy, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, solar installations, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of solar inverter systems, wiring standards, and installation best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify technical deviations and non-compliance issues.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, structured inspection and documentation reports.
• Comfortable with frequent field travel across Chakwal, Gujarkhan, and Jhelum.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with site teams and management.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor and field environments.
