Role Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring Cold Callers for the US Market on behalf of its client. We are seeking motivated Junior and Senior professionals with strong English communication skills who can engage US-based prospects through outbound calls.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting to support the sales pipeline. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with international clients and working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based prospects.
  • Introduce company services and generate interest.
  • Identify decision-makers within target organizations.

Lead Qualification

  • Ask discovery questions to assess prospect needs.
  • Determine whether prospects meet qualification criteria.
  • Collect and record accurate lead information.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure prospects are prepared for meetings.

Performance & Targets

  • Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
  • Maintain high call quality and conversion rates.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM with call outcomes, notes, and lead details.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records.

Trial Requirement

  • 2-week paid trial period
  • Candidates are expected to demonstrate consistent outreach and lead qualification capability during the trial.

Qualifications

Experience

Junior Cold Caller

  • 0–1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales outreach (preferred).

Senior Cold Caller

  • 2+ years of experience in US market cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting.

Skills

  • Excellent English communication and pronunciation.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
  • Confidence speaking with US-based prospects.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers and build interest over cold calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
