About the Role

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Social Media Manager (Strategic Lead) on behalf of its client, a growing creative agency based in Karachi. This is a full-time, hybrid position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, owns their work independently, and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders to translate agency goals into reality and keep their vision moving forward.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — lead calls, present reports, and manage expectations with confidence.
  • Manage your own calendar, meet strict deadlines, and stay productive in a primarily remote setup.
  • Be present for client visits and on-site content shoots to ensure visual output meets premium brand standards.
  • Drive 360° social media strategy and optimization — from trend-spotting to performance analytics — to maximize ROI across all channels.

Who You Are

  • Based in Karachi and available for a weekly onsite day plus occasional client shoots and events.
  • Exceptional communicator — your written and spoken English is outstanding, whether you're writing a viral caption or leading a boardroom presentation.
  • An SMO expert with a portfolio that proves you can grow accounts.
  • Hyper-organized and tool-savvy (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar). You never miss a deadline or a client call.
  • A creative thinker who stays ahead of global trends and brings fresh ideas consistently.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to assist with content creation during live shoots and events.
  • Looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
