Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for a Digital Marketing Associate role. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure across key areas of digital marketing, with the potential for long-term career growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Support content creation tasks, such as writing engaging captions and developing basic creatives.
• Schedule and publish posts, while actively engaging with online audiences to increase engagement and enhance brand presence.
• Contribute to both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Learn and assist with SEO initiatives, Google Ads campaigns, and performance analytics.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, hashtags, and monitor competitor activities to inform campaign strategy.
• Assist in reporting and tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
• A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
