Scaleup Connect is hiring a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of its client. We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in solar inverter repair and lab-based diagnostics to join a leading energy company in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission solar inverters as per technical guidelines and project requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty inverters with component-level diagnostics
• Perform detailed inverter testing and repair activities in a lab environment
• Maintain and manage lab equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure lab cleanliness, safety, and proper organization
• Document repair work, test results, service logs, and technical reports
• Coordinate with managers for sourcing required components and tools
• Follow SOPs and comply with electrical and lab safety protocols
• Provide technical and administrative support to Chinese engineers or managers

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar inverter repair (lab-based)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of inverter systems, DC/AC wiring, and electronics
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering tools)
• Ability to read technical schematics and datasheets
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
• Physically fit to handle equipment, installations, and lab work
