Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the solar energy sector for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive distributor and dealer network expansion and boost regional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
  • Drive monthly sales targets and revenue growth through channel network
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct regular visits to strengthen partner engagement

Requirements:

  • 3 – 4 years of experience in channel sales (solar / electrical / energy preferred)
  • Strong distributor & dealer network management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced field-driven environment
