Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the solar energy sector for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive distributor and dealer network expansion and boost regional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Drive monthly sales targets and revenue growth through channel network
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Conduct regular visits to strengthen partner engagement
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of experience in channel sales (solar / electrical / energy preferred)
- Strong distributor & dealer network management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced field-driven environment
