Scaleup Connect is hiring for its client a reputable and expanding firm in Pakistan's solar energy sector. We are looking for energetic and field ready Retail Specialists to drive channel engagement and manage relationships within the solar installer ecosystem. This is a hands-on, field-based role for professionals who are passionate about building networks, activating markets, and growing brand presence at the ground level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of solar installers and related channel records.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the field and deliver detailed, actionable market intelligence reports to management.
  • Build, develop, and sustain strong long-term professional relationships with solar installers across the assigned territory.
  • Identify and proactively reactivate inactive installers to boost brand engagement and channel loyalty.
  • Promote and encourage installers to prioritize and recommend the client's products over competing brands.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute installer meetups, product training sessions, and engagement events to strengthen relationships and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular structured field feedback on market trends, installer needs, pricing dynamics, and competitor movements.
  • Maintain consistent and professional coordination between installers and the line manager to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of overall experience; 1–3 years in retail sales, solar industry, or channel engagement is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the solar, inverter, battery, or electrical industry is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of installer ecosystems and retail channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency with database management, reporting, and coordination tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned city and surrounding areas.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination.
