Role Overview

We are hiring Channel Specialists to manage and expand distribution networks across assigned territories. The role includes territory coverage, sub-dealer onboarding, market visits, and driving sales execution for consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow distributor & sub-dealer networks

  • Conduct routine field visits to market, distributors, and retailers

  • Drive monthly sales targets and improve territory sell-out

  • Onboard new sub-dealers and increase purchase volumes

  • Collect competitor intelligence and pricing insights

  • Prepare field visit reports and submit to management

  • Ensure availability and placement of products in assigned markets

Consumer electronics, FMCG distribution, retail channel sales, mobile accessories, or similar field-based industries.

  • Bannu (KPK South Region)

  • Swat (KPK North Region)

  • Gilgit Baltistan (GB Region)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 200,000/month

  • Incentive/Commission: Yes

  • Benefits: As per company policy
