About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic SEO Executive to help propel our client's digital presence to new heights. As part of a fast-paced team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing SEO strategies that focus on future-proofing our content and ensuring optimal technical health across all web properties.

What You'll Do:

• Master the SEO Fundamentals: Oversee the core pillars of SEO, ensuring our websites are technically optimized, on-page content is top-tier, and our backlink profile is consistently expanding.
• Optimize for the Future of Search: Lead efforts in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure our brand is prominently featured in AI-driven search results, improving visibility in AI-generated summaries and responses.
• Build Digital Trust and Authority: Apply E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles to content creation and curation, making sure our pages meet the needs of both users and search algorithms.
• Track, Analyze, and Pivot: Harness data from tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to generate actionable insights that drive SEO growth. Continuously monitor performance metrics, pivot strategies, and implement improvements for sustained growth.
• Multi-Tasking Mastery: Handle multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring every detail is attended to while never compromising on quality or efficiency.

• A Modern SEO Toolkit: You're experienced in traditional SEO methods but are also eager to explore the latest trends, especially those influenced by AI and machine learning in the search landscape.
• Digital Authority Builder: You have a proven track record in acquiring high-quality backlinks, growing domain authority, and enhancing a website's online reputation.
• Technical SEO Expertise: You are a natural problem-solver who can quickly identify and resolve crawling issues, improve site performance, and fix technical SEO barriers that hinder growth.
• Effective Communicator: You know how to break down complex SEO data and trends into digestible insights for stakeholders, providing clear reports and explanations that align with business goals.

Desired Experience:

• Experience: 1-2 years in SEO, preferably in B2B and B2C industries
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B & B2C sectors preferred, but not required
