Role Overview

We are hiring Retail Sales Executives for the EPC/Installer segment within the solar energy domain. The role involves building EPC client relationships, territory sales execution, and coordination with logistics and technical teams to support solar product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPC and installer sales within assigned territory

• Build and maintain relationships with EPC clients and installers

• Track SI/SO/ST performance and provide reporting

• Coordinate with logistics & technical teams for order execution

• Update CRM documentation and client pipeline

• Support sales targets and territory revenue growth

Required Skills

• 1–3 years sales experience (EPC preferred)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• CRM & sales reporting proficiency

• Territory execution capability

Education

Bachelors in Business / Sales / Marketing (Preferred)

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 70,000/month
