Job Summary

ScaleUp Connect is looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore where you will own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, a client-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for U.S.-based clients, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product/service information and guiding clients toward purchase decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S. clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on proposals, orders, and client requests.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Support lead generation efforts and maintain an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Log and track all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Gather and relay client feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Escalate unresolved client issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone/email presence.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and activity tracking.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing techniques.
