Location: Karachi
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Google Ads Executive to manage paid media campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMAX). The role includes keyword research, bid optimization, conversion tracking, performance analytics, and data-driven decision making to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and achieve defined KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and PMAX
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns to achieve CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance targets
- Track and manage conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixels
- Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
- Manage campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets with region-specific strategies
- Present weekly and monthly reports with data insights and actionable recommendations
- Communicate performance updates to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on Google Ads policies, new features, and industry best practice.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of landing page optimization for higher conversion rates

- Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
- Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation

Compensation:
- Salary Range: PKR 70,000 to 80,000=/
