About the Role

ScaleUp is hiring on behalf of our client a motivated B2B Sales Executive – IT Hardware (USA Market). The ideal candidate will manage incoming WTBs (Want to Buy) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) from global procurement marketplaces, particularly BrokerBin, and connect buyers with suppliers to facilitate successful transactions.

This role is ideal for individuals with B2B sales experience in IT hardware, technology solutions, or procurement marketplaces who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming IT hardware WTBs and RFQs, primarily through BrokerBin marketplace.
• Match buyers with suitable suppliers and negotiate deals to close transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on IT hardware market trends, pricing, and BrokerBin trading activities.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, technology solutions, or related industries.
• Experience with BrokerBin marketplace is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs and client inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware products, procurement processes, or trading platforms is a plus.
