Role Overview
The Solar Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across Faisalabad, achieving regional sales targets through channel partners, expanding market presence, strengthening relationships, and supporting solar channel sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks across Faisalabad
- Achieve regional sales targets through channel partners
- Appoint, onboard, and train new dealers and installers
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and support key projects
- Drive market expansion, brand visibility, and competitor analysis
- Conduct product and sales training for channel partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and reporting
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of solar inverters, panels, batteries, and complete -systems
- Proven experience managing dealer networks in South Punjab
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and channel management capability
- Sales and channel development expertise
