Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN stack while remaining adaptable to work independently of any specific stack. The ideal candidate should have an AI/Automation adopter mindset, actively identifying opportunities to automate workflows, integrate AI into products, and improve engineering efficiency using modern tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

- Work stack-independently when required (Next.js, Python, APIs, microservices, etc.)

- Build and deploy applications using proper staging and production workflows

- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations

- Use Docker for containerization and operational consistency

- Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, automation tools, or AI workflows into real-world projects

- Contribute to internal AI-powered tools (automation dashboards, estimation tools, reporting systems)

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI and scripting

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in MERN stack

- Experience building production-level applications

- Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

- Hands-on experience with Docker

- Experience managing deployments (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Render, etc.)

- Strong Git / version control practices

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure system design

- Familiarity with integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar)

- Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals

Base Salary Offered: PKR 80,000 – 140,000
