Job Summary
We are looking or a Solar Inverter Sales Manager to drive channel-based sales, manage distributor and EPC relationships, and grow market share for solar inverter products. The role focuses on sales strategy, business development, pricing, and market expansion within the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets

Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, EPCs, and key clients

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

Lead and support sales teams to improve performance

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for customer satisfaction

Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

Ensure effective product branding and promotions in assigned markets
Required Skills & Experience

Channel-based sales experience (solar / EPC / energy sector)

Strong pricing and commercial negotiation skills
