About the Role

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Painter & Denter on behalf of its client. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to handle painting and denting work, including body repair, surface preparation, paint application, and quality control to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform denting work including dent removal and panel beating
• Carry out surface preparation including sanding, putty application, and priming
• Apply paint as per process — color mixing, spraying, and drying
• Ensure smooth finish, color consistency, and defect-free results
• Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment such as spray gun, compressor, etc.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE usage and ventilation requirements
• Work with the team to complete repair tasks efficiently
• Analyze and reduce rework issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in painting and denting (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of painting processes and denting techniques
• Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
• Skilled in using painting tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a workshop environment
