Project Manager (Web & Mobile Projects)

Scaleup Connect is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager on behalf of a client in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience managing web and mobile development projects, along with strong technical knowledge and excellent client communication skills.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Communicate directly with clients to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate project requirements into structured tasks and timelines
• Coordinate with web and mobile development teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in project management within the IT/software industry
• Strong technical understanding of web and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to convert requirements into actionable tasks
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work evening shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

Preferred (Plus Points)

• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
