Operations Coordinator for a Mainland Company

 Job Responsibilities:

    • Process various applications, which are being received from different clients, and ensure their accurate handling according to the set procedures and their finalization within.
    • Responsible for all aspects of visa operations such as issuing, monitoring, updating and distribution, also preparing and checking all the legal documents to ensure that all the information provided is correct and accurate.
    • Handling general online queries, email and calls related to Government Services and all aspect of business category to ensure resolutions and responding act to the customer in a timely manner.
    • Managing and solving client visa issues and any related inquires.
    • Giving a timely report to the Head of the Department monthly.
    • Knowledge of local rules and regulations.
    • Responsible to maintain the proper records in system and files punctuall.
    • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRM-Systems, Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas


We expect that you:

  • Have great experience to guide Clients for a UAE and Offshore Business setup
  • Experience in documentation processing for trade license, visa and other services required
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar coordination role communicating with free zone staff for all documentation processing for trade license, visa and other services
  • Speak and write in a business level of English
  • Have a great network in the business in Dubai
