Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strong experience across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic 
  • Design, implement, train, consult, be the point of expertise, pitching, etc. in client & team conversations on biddable strategies for a diverse existing and new client portfolio in the MENA region. Deep understanding of the biddable advertising ecosystem: activation platforms, tagging, measurement, data providers, DMP/CDP, etc. is required 
  • Ensure campaigns are hitting their KPIs by providing optimisation guidance and support with troubleshooting 
  • Work on Quarterly Business Reviews 
  • Lead on cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution, modelling DCO, etc.

Requirements
  • 4+ years proven experience within Paid Social/Paid Search/Programmatic
  • Experience from a digital marketing agency is mandatory 
  • Strong relationship builder and the ability to design biddable strategies
  • Innovative mind with an entrepreneurial approach 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving attitude 
  • Strong leadership, connects a team, motivates the team to produce at their best 
  • Good at time management 
  • Pays attention to details with analytical, communicative and presentative skills, both verbally and in writing 
  • Possess a strong understanding of tracking ecosystems (MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager) 
  • Extra plus: FB Blueprint, SA360 & DV360, Campaign Manager certifications
