Job title: ELV Engineer

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Responsibilities:
- Review the design and specification of ELV system (ACS, CCTV, BMS, DCIM, Burglar Alarm Systems, inspection systems etc.);
- Collect Information point of main devices, calculate camera coverage area, System integration and commissioning supervision etc.;
- Discuss and reply the comments with Customer/ Consultant/Authorities etc.;
- Site surveys, inspections and manage the site works progress/construction quality/technical issue of ELV system;
- Routine Report & Write Technical note; Maintaining complete records and archives as company standards;
- Daily communication with suppliers/subcontractors/customer/consultants etc. for construction solution, site team coordination, delivery progress management, resolution of issue about site implements etc.;
- Inter-team communication and assistance to ensure that each system is performed according to the optimal process
- Managing own workload, updating forward plan of workload regularly & working to time allocations;
- Manage on-site subcontractor change requirements and customer new requirement;
- Identify and disclose quality issues, progress, and change risks in advance;
Requirements:
- Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in ELV Engineering or related subjects;
- More than 5 years of site engineer experience in Data center or related EPC construction projects (Data center, large shopping malls, sci-tech park, residential parks, office buildings) in Mongolia or Neighboring countries;
- ELV Working Experience in a design consultancy and/or experience of working within a contractor design environment is essential;
- Have a detailed knowledge of appropriate local technical regulation/standards/conventional requirement of ELV system;
- Able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way;
- Good at MS office, AutoCAD etc. related tools;
- Can speak and write Mongolia, English (It would be better if could speak Chinese).
- Willingness to business trips.
