Job title: Parts Sales Supervisor

Main areas of responsibility include:
- Supervises parts sales function:
- Making sure all parts are accurately quoted and sold according to the proper price escalations and procedures
- All sales invoices are released on time and sent to accounts payable to process to Customers
- Liaise with the Finance team and PSSRs regarding customers' payment and credit limits
- Interpretation of customers' parts and component requirements by use of electronic parts manuals
- Advises the inventory team about parts sales forecast and movements - Looks after pricing of parts:
- Making sure all prices are applied to the correct product and the correct customer
- Contacting and communicating with the KAC HME team in regard of pricing and pricing adjustments
- Adding new items into the system when needed and making sure the proper margin is applied
- Advising possible discounts for parts when needed - Prepares monthly reports and analysis for parts sales and pricing:
- Being responsible for training and developing staff
- Making sure all Parts department staff comply with all related company safety procedures
- Creating and following up on the Extends issues in the sales area
- Responsible for daily parts counting conducted by the inventory control team
- Responsible for the annual wall-to-wall stock take
- Must participate weekly RAR meeting within your workgroup
- Must maintain good communication between different workgroups within the parts department & reman team at the service department
- Works closely with the parts expediting coordinator to ensure all Oyu Tolgoi parts are delivered on time
Requirements and skills
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an industrial mining equipment environment
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ERP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop, negotiate, and administer Customer enquiries
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and complete projects
- Ability to work independently and/ or as part of a team
- Knowledge of company and customer standards and procedures as applicable to parts sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
