Job Position: Legal Senior Associate or Legal Manager

Company: Big Four Audit Firm

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job Purpose:

• Manage the energy and/or infrastructure legal practice while contributing to multi-disciplinary legal service projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, drawing on industry knowledge and legal skills to advise and guide clients and project teams.
• Contribute to the development of the legal team and support team members in achieving their goals.
• Stay updated on commercial trends, local economic issues, and their legal implications within the energy sector.
• Engage in business development activities to identify opportunities and foster relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer (admitted to Mongolian Bar Association) with 5+ years of experience in advising on energy and/or infrastructure-related projects.

• Experience in consultancy services with strong business acumen.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment on complex legal issues.

• Proficiency in English and Mongolian, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple tasks, and efficiently delegate responsibilities.
• Leadership capacity to manage projects within tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
